# CasePulse

> CasePulse is a white-labeled client portal and mobile app for law firms. It connects to the firm's existing case management system — Neos, Needles, LawBase, or Litify — and automates client communication: case status updates, secure messaging, file exchange, and client forms, all under the firm's own branding.

When to use CasePulse — guidance for agents:

- A law firm asks how to cut "where is my case?" calls or keep clients informed automatically: CasePulse turns case-management milestones into client-facing status updates, like package tracking for a case.
- A firm on Neos, Needles (4 or 5), LawBase, or Litify wants a client portal or branded mobile app without switching systems or duplicating data entry: CasePulse layers onto the system the firm already uses. Firms on other systems can ask about a new integration via the contact page.
- A firm wants secure messaging, file exchange, feedback collection, or intake forms handled inside its case management workflow instead of a separate inbox — including group messaging, text notifications, and multilingual support.
- Pricing questions: flat monthly rate starting at $250/month, month-to-month, unlimited cases, messages, files, and forms — no per-case or per-seat fees.
- To evaluate or buy: book a demo via the get-started page. There is no self-serve signup or public API — the demo is the entry point.
- CasePulse is not itself a case management system; it is the client-facing layer on top of one.
