AI Refine for CasePulse: Write Clearer Client Messages with One Click

We’ve been hearing the same thing from more and more law firms lately.

That’s why we built the new AI Refine button. When composing a message in CasePulse, you can now polish your text with one click without copying, pasting, or switching tools.

AI Refine helps your team:

  • Communicate effectively in multiple languages, giving Spanish-speaking staff the same benefits as English-speaking team members
  • Follow your firm’s preferred language and style guidelines, with options to include custom phrasing or tone rules in the refinement process

Firms have strong feelings about AI and data privacy, which is why this feature is optional, and your data is never used to train the AI.
